Job Description

**Senior Project Manager - IT Leader**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex informatics assignments and drive business transformation at CB Canada. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and project managers, ensuring delivery of projects to the business partner, and managing broad and highly complex teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex informatics assignments, including design and application of new methods and procedures.
  • Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements, and develop project plans with milestones.
  • Manage broad and highly complex teams and projects involving significant scope and complexity, ensuring delivery of projects to the business partner.
  • Perform a governing role, ensuring that the proposal, execution, control, deployment, training, and hand-off meet promised schedules.
  • Manage the acquisition and deployment of resources, including budget, by working with project managers to secure the resources required for the project.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with the project process and project team by effective and timely communication, including status reporting, continual risk/issue assessment/management, and escalation.

Requirements

  • **Mandatory Skills**
    • Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex informatics assignments.
    • Design and apply new methods and procedures.
    • Coordinate systems development for major applications, define project requirements, and develop project plans with milestones.
    • Manage broad and highly complex teams and projects involving significant scope and complexity.

  • **Nice to Have Skills**
    • Prior FI/bank experience.
    • Agile experience.
    • Clarity experience.
    • Technology degree or diploma.
