About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Leader to join our team at Colliers Project Leaders. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business unit growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Project Leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective leadership and organizational strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand services in the local market.
  • Participate in business development activities to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Implement a culture of quality and excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations leadership and business unit growth, preferably in professional services.
  • Professional industry credentials or MBA (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience).
  • Clear understanding of a professional services business model, including workforce composition and resource management strategies, risk management strategies, and commercial strategies.
  • Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to successfully lead teams and develop/implement operational plans for corporate initiatives.
  • The ability to project and maintain a positive outlook, demonstrate an energetic disposition, and motivate teams to achieve business growth ambitions.
  • An established network of industry contacts and relationships within the region as well as involvement with applicable regional industry and trade associations.
