Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at OC OPEN CONNECTION LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
    • Authorize payments and returns, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service and Sales
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage store schedules, including staffing and time-off requests.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
    • Proficient in MS Outlook.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service in a team-based setting.
