As a key member of our management team, the Assistant Store Manager - Retail Operations Lead plays a critical role in overseeing all aspects of our retail store, from operations to customer engagement.

  • Associate Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow a high-performing team of sales associates and pet care specialists.
  • Pet Parent Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers and their pets, ensuring their safety and well-being within the store. This includes managing live pet areas, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring adequate merchandise levels.
  • Overall Retail Initiatives: Collaborate with the Store Manager to execute strategic merchandising plans, drive sales growth, and establish standards of excellence within the store.
