Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive global reliability program aimed at enhancing the resilience and availability of our assets worldwide.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for refining asset management practices, ensuring alignment with team strategies and priorities.
  • Oversee the formulation and execution of maintenance and reliability policies, plans, and strategies.
  • Guide staff and consulting resources in the adoption of innovative methods and processes to elevate efficiency, quality, and innovation.
  • Manage and enhance the CMMS system while establishing a robust training program to elevate the skills of current users and onboard new personnel effectively.
  • Design, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance activities, analyzing CMMS performance against industry benchmarks.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving organizational improvements, cultural shifts, and overall enhancements in asset management and systems reliability.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in predictive technologies and reliability data analysis, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective action plan development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent expertise in equipment reliability and maintenance strategies.
  • Proven experience in program/project management with a focus on reliability and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with TPM/LEAN methodologies and a strong background in continuous improvement and project/program management.
