Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team at SKYWAY BRANDS REGINA INC. as an Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Act as a liaison between the operations team and other departments.
    • Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Record-Keeping and Compliance
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities, including personnel files and inventory.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years
