Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes
  • Conduct inspections of kitchen and food service areas
  • Train team members in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment
  • Oversee kitchen staff and assist in their development
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and workspaces
  • Participate in the recruitment and hiring of kitchen staff
