About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our secretarial team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our clinical staff, ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to our clinical staff, including data input, report preparation, and referral processing.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with trust policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of administrative procedures, ensuring best practice and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Good general education to GCSE level or equivalent, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and systems.
  • Experience of working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a mental health or community physical health environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
