Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our healthcare facilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Customer Service: Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety policies and procedures are followed and implemented in our facilities.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor and improve the productivity and efficiency of your team to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or facilities services environment.
  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: TDG, WHMIS certification required.
