Role Overview
As the Head of Corporate Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships that enhance operational efficiency and minimize supply chain vulnerabilities. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement initiatives across various Business Units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Cultivate and maintain strong supplier relationships to secure high-quality goods and materials.
- Oversee the sourcing and negotiation processes for high-value materials and products, focusing on optimal pricing and quality.
- Establish annual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the procurement function.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement practices and ensure compliance with Quality and Health & Safety Management Systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, and Strategic Sourcing.
- At least 5 years in a Senior Leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- CSCP certification, PMAC designation, or other relevant industry credentials.
- Proven track record of implementing strategic procurement initiatives that yield significant cost savings and improved supplier relationships.
