Director of Nursing Operations

  • Offer direction and mentorship to nursing personnel
  • Meet Resident Satisfaction and Employee Engagement objectives
  • Guarantee high-quality care and adherence to regulations
  • Oversee departmental budget and resource allocation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and residents
  • Manage financial resources and nursing staff
  • Adhere to organizational policies and standards
  • Provide Support by guiding and developing the team
  • Foster a proficient clinical workforce
  • Engage with Empathy - Listen, Understand, Acknowledge, Respond, Appreciate

Qualifications:

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience in nursing
  • 1 year of experience in the long-term care sector
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure
  • Completion of Nursing Unit Administrator Program
  • Current CPR certification
  • Commitment to the values of Respect, Integrity, Compassion, and Excellence
  • Vulnerable Sector Check required
