Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance team performance.
  • Authorize and manage payment transactions.
  • Oversee inventory management and merchandise ordering.
  • Facilitate the return process for merchandise.
  • Establish and manage employee work schedules.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies.
  • Compile and analyze reports related to sales performance and personnel management.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
  • Maintain organized inventory systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities to ensure smooth operations.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in using point of sale systems is essential for this role.
