Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Engage customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills and product knowledge.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and sales management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience in retail sales or management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
