- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure seamless store operations and achieve business objectives.
- Leadership Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of leadership and supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
- Sales Performance: Proven ability to lead teams to success through strong sales performance and a customer-centric approach.
- Education: High School graduate or GED equivalent, with post-secondary education an asset.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends and evenings, with a commitment to creating an amazing customer experience.
- Competitive Salary: $41,000 - $50,000 (salary may be greater based on relevant experience)
