Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2869069 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business with on-site customer service.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
