Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Site Manager, the Customer Service Associate will address daily customer service requirements. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, facilitating payments through diverse platforms, and assisting clients. The ideal candidate should possess a strong willingness to learn, thrive in a collaborative environment, and be capable of working autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage and assist clients via intercom or telephone communication. Assess emergency and non-emergency situations on-site. Handle cash transactions and prepare shift reports. Access the parking control system remotely to troubleshoot and provide initial customer support. Manage incidents from logging, triaging, routing, and escalation using incident management software. Interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner while actively addressing their concerns. Provide support and solutions to customers in alignment with the company's service policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Required Attributes: Proven ability to resolve complex issues. Exceptional technical communication skills: ability to convey intricate solutions and processes clearly. Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated while accurately adhering to instructions. Capacity to multitask efficiently and maintain a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Proficient computer skills, with experience in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Quick learner of new software and applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
