Facilities Operations Coordinator

At Investment Planning Counsel, we are expanding our Facilities Team and are in search of a Facilities Operations Coordinator to collaborate with the organization and oversee the upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a positive environment for our employees.

What are the responsibilities of the Facilities Operations Coordinator?

  • Assist with the onboarding process for employee requests
  • Provide timely responses to employee inquiries
  • Coordinate with management to arrange maintenance tasks and employee needs
  • Conduct site evaluations to guarantee safe working conditions
  • Oversee vendor scheduling and procurement
  • Deliver on-site assistance to staff
  • Support fire drills and workplace health and safety initiatives
