Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including managing lease agreements, supervising support staff, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease Administration
    • Ensure that all lease agreements are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
    • Monitor and report on lease renewals, expirations, and terminations.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of support staff, including maintenance and clerical personnel.
    • Provide guidance and training to staff members as needed.
  • Facilities Management
    • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to properties.
    • Monitor progress and costs of work for property owners.
  • Financial Management
    • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income.
    • Prepare expense and income reports for management review.
  • Customer Service
    • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants in a timely and professional manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Working Conditions

    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
