Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or property oversight.
  • Preferred: IFMA Certification.
  • Exceptional skills in prioritization and conflict resolution.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with a high level of professionalism.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs on occasion.
