About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Fairfield by Marriott. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee the daily activities of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Inspect Facilities

Regularly inspect our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards for cleanliness and safety.

Prepare Budgets and Cost Estimates

Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for our housekeeping operations.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.

Receive Payments

Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs.

Assist Cleaners

Provide support and guidance to our housekeeping staff as needed.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Supervision

1 to 2 people.

Work Term

Permanent.

Work Language

English.

Hours

30 to 35 hours per week.
