Position Overview

As a Food and Beverage Server at Clove, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to industry standards.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes directly to customers at their tables.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
  • Enforce all applicable liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Offer recommendations on menu selections to enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage cash transactions and accurately record sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing and sanitizing tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously.
  • Oversee the performance of other servers and bussing staff.
  • Take customer orders and communicate them effectively to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist in scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members.
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs to ensure a comfortable experience.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
