The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on business partnership and organizational development. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our management team, with a focus on talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives
  • Partner with management to drive organizational success through strategic HR initiatives
  • Compile HR metrics and conduct data analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and programs to promote a positive work culture
  • Oversee and monitor health and safety initiatives to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
  • Ensure that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant legislation
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role
  • Strong understanding of all HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, health and safety, and training and development
  • CHRL designation or equivalent progressive HR experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools, including ADP Workforce Now
  • Exceptional working knowledge of MS Office
