Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE HEALTHY WAY MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Interview Patients: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments with patients and medical staff.
- Complete Insurance Forms: Accurately complete insurance and other claim forms.
- Maintain Filing System: Organize and maintain a secure and efficient filing system.
- Establish Office Procedures: Develop and implement office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare Medical Reports: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and information.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to medical staff, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, initiative, organized, and a team player.
