Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE HEALTHY WAY MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate and confidential patient records.
Key Responsibilities- Interview Patients: Conduct thorough interviews with patients to obtain accurate case histories and medical information.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, procedures, and tests, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and medical staff.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans.
- Office Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
