Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at THE HEALTHY WAY MEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE, INC. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain accurate records
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and efficient use of our medical staff's time
- Complete insurance and other claim forms, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain a secure and organized filing system, both physical and electronic
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, preparing spreadsheets and documents for review
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security
- Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a medical administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
