Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless execution of our food service operations.
  • Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and submit accurate budget and cost estimates, ensuring the financial health of our operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Food Service Coordination: Prepare and submit food order summaries for our chef, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of high-quality food products.
  • Quality Control: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Workforce Management: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.

As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet tight deadlines and deliver exceptional customer service. You will be required to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and a client-focused approach.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry is preferred.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
