Job Summary

JDKL Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints, and maintain a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, supplies, and wastage, and estimate ingredient requirements for meal preparation.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics.
  • Team Leadership: Lead by example, motivate staff, and foster a positive team culture.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment with hot temperatures.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant with a focus on customer service and quality food.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Security Clearance: Basic security clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
