Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial reports to enhance and sustain the restaurant's profitability.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations.
  • Adjust food preparation techniques and pricing in accordance with the restaurant's budget.
  • Monitor revenue streams to manage labor costs effectively.
  • Supervise and assess staff performance.
  • Plan and organize daily workflows.
  • Recruit and train new staff members.
  • Establish staff schedules and oversee their execution.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications
