Job Summary

JDKL Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that the restaurant is always stocked and ready to serve.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer service and food quality.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
