Job Summary

JDKL Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and food quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Food Service Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory levels and minimizing waste.
    • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience in food service management or a related field is an asset.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands
    • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
  • Security Clearance
    • Criminal record check and basic security clearance.
