Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at 24/7 Quality Home & Health Care Services Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients and staff, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer networks, software, and hardware.
  • User Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide guidance on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical equipment.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technical support staff to resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent education in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, providing technical support to clients and staff in a variety of settings. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent time management and organizational skills.
