Cafe Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Oi Cafe & Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Analysis and Management
Analyze our restaurant's budget to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profits.
Operational EfficiencyEvaluate our daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently, making adjustments as needed to maintain high standards.
Menu Planning and PricingWork with our culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to ensure that they align with our restaurant's budget and goals.
Labour Cost ManagementMonitor our revenues to determine labour costs and make adjustments to ensure that we are operating within budget.
Staff ManagementPlan and organize daily operations, including staff schedules and work assignments.
Staff Recruitment and DevelopmentRecruit and train new staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain our inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyEnsure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageEnglish.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
