Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and direct the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support as needed.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
ExperienceExperience in a food service environment is an asset.
Work SchedulePermanent position, 30 to 40 hours per week.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
