Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Skye Cafe & Bistro. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality customer service.
Supervise and Coordinate StaffLead and motivate a team of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements- Education and Experience
A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
ExperienceExperience in a food service environment is an asset.
Language and Work ScheduleFluency in English is required, and the ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week is necessary.
