Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and high-quality customer service.
Supervise and Coordinate Food Service StaffLead and motivate a team of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
Inventory Management and Supply ChainEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Customer Service and Conflict ResolutionAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Work Environment and HoursWork in a fast-paced food service environment, with a typical workweek of 30-40 hours.
Requirements- Education and Experience
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, with experience in food service management an asset.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
