Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Marokena Crepe Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the cafe's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies to meet customer demand and maintain profitability.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, ingredients, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our cafe maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible prices and service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
