About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Cardiai Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing our staffing needs, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Collaborate with management to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, taking into account business growth and expansion.
  • Talent Sourcing: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent, ensuring that our company's brand is represented in a professional and appealing manner.
  • Candidate Management: Collect and screen applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, ensuring that our hiring process is fair and unbiased.
  • HR Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring that our HR practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Work Environment

As a Human Resources Officer at Cardiai Inc, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication.

Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
