Key Responsibilities- Staffing Planning: Collaborate with management to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with business objectives.
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including the preparation and posting of job notices and advertisements.
- Candidate Management: Screen and evaluate applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews with potential candidates, ensuring that our hiring process is efficient and effective.
- HR Policy Administration: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Employee Relations: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
