About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Cardiai Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing our staffing needs, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to meet the demands of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Planning: Collaborate with management to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, ensuring that our workforce is aligned with business objectives.
  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including the preparation and posting of job notices and advertisements.
  • Candidate Management: Screen and evaluate applicants, advising them on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews with potential candidates, ensuring that our hiring process is efficient and effective.
  • HR Policy Administration: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
