We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team at Manatokan Oilfield Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting job notices, and advising managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Staffing Planning: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Job Posting: Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing: Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
- Candidate Evaluation: Review candidate inventories and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- Job Offer Management: Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
- HR Support: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
