Requirements:

  • Experience in the energy industry is highly desirable
  • Certification as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven success in engaging stakeholders and managing HR requirements in a rapidly evolving company
  • Refined strategic planning and coordinating skills to link corporate strategy to HR strategy
