ROLE OVERVIEW:

Are you enthusiastic about mentoring, coaching, and enhancing our operational protocols and standards for our leading sales and high-risk locations? Our Business Operations & Optimization team is pivotal in empowering our stores and employees to reach their full potential through unmatched training and education in the retail sector, alongside the continuous improvement of our operational processes. You will collaborate closely with District Managers (DMs) and Regional Directors (RDs) to provide technical guidance and support in operations to achieve business goals and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide, mentor, and develop store leaders, managers, and associates on all in-store operational protocols.
  • Advise DMs and RDs on operational enhancements within districts, focusing on process improvements, cost management, and team development.
  • Oversee the High Shrink Program in partnership with DM/DLPM, ensuring compliance with operational standards at high-risk locations.
  • Create tailored action plans with DMs and store leaders to enhance in-store operations.
  • Facilitate the merchandising process from Turnover to Soft Opening, collaborating with US New Store Opening Teams to ensure consistency across North America.
  • Train new operational leaders, managers, and store directors on operational fundamentals while providing essential training for new hires.
  • Offer strategic insights to various departments, identifying inefficiencies with a focus on payroll and operational effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary contact for logistics and distribution teams regarding store delivery schedule optimizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, successfully mentoring and developing a team to meet business objectives.
  • Ability to interpret data and results effectively, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements at the store level.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and creatively.
  • Proficient in problem-solving with a creative approach, comfortable navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Technologically adept, with proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 90% travel required to various store locations.
