Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition and Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Team Coordination: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve product and service-related problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team member performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in food service operations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
