Job Title: Kitchen Operations Supervisor

Jules Bistro is on the lookout for a dedicated Kitchen Operations Supervisor to enhance our culinary team. The successful candidate will possess a relevant educational background, ideally a college degree or a diploma from a culinary program lasting 1 to 2 years, coupled with 7 months to less than 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee kitchen personnel and assistants in a bistro environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals and individual dishes with precision.
  • Train and mentor staff on proper food preparation and handling techniques.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assistants to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records of food and supplies.
  • Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas at all times.
