Area Supervisor, Franchise Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Supervisor to join our Franchise Operations team at Bento. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of assigned locations, including people management, food safety, guest services, sales, and food quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned locations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, train, and develop sub-contractors to ensure they meet company expectations.
- Conduct regular store visits and monitoring of kiosks to ensure quality assurance and food safety standards are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and third-party auditors.
- Execute new store openings and implement new product/program rollouts.
- Optimize production plans to maximize profitability for each location through sales optimization and waste control.
- Ensure accurate completion of Daily Production Reports, checklists, and reports for operational matters.
- Conduct monthly Quality Assurance and Bento Compliance Audits.
- Minimum 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
- Previous experience in the Sushi industry is preferred.
- Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel within an assigned region and have a flexible schedule to accommodate operational needs.
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
- Self-motivated and guest-focused oriented.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and deal with stressful situations.
