Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections and complete inspection reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma
  • Experience: 5 years or more in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
