- Foster and maintain relationships with Regional, Major, and Key clients, providing ongoing support to ensure their success with our products and services.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for customers, collecting all necessary project information before transitioning to the Sales Operations team.
- Collect product feedback and represent the Voice of the Customer.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prioritize customer opportunities effectively.
- Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate follow-up meetings as necessary, managing schedules efficiently.
- Collaborate with Regional Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Technical Support Teams, and Sales Operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain appropriate levels of engagement with clients at all times.
- Ensure all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases are updated promptly and accurately.
- Actively participate in required internal and external meetings.
- Conduct customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys.
Essential Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in account management and customer success.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- A natural problem solver with a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong skills in prioritization.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Proficient in IT.
- A confident and professional telephone demeanor with a proven ability to build strong customer and business relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Good understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in team settings.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience working within a sales team.
- Previous exposure to or knowledge of the industry.
