Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for advertising and a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update and issue status reports with input from the team and leads as required
  • Produce estimates, timelines, and contact reports with input from Account Managers/Supervisors and/or Project Managers
  • Update timelines on a regular basis to reflect the current status of projects
  • Assist the Account Manager/Account Director with the overall day-to-day workflow of projects
  • Act as a filter for perfection with an extreme attention to detail to ensure flawless execution
  • Update, maintain, and issue BCRs for client portfolio
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client business to add efficiency and effectiveness to work
  • Monitor industry, cultural, and technological trends and report findings of interest to the team
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to keep client work progressing with success
Requirements
  • Passion for advertising and a desire to learn and grow professionally
  • Ability to work across traditional and digital accounts landscape
  • Articulate communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid people skills and emotional intelligence
  • Flexible, adaptive, intuitive, and resourceful
  • Diplomatic
  • Contributes to developing ideas and making great things happen
  • Can work independently but knows when to seek guidance
  • Phenomenal attention to detail
  • Experience in marketing or advertising an asset
Location

This position is located in Halifax with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in the office). The successful candidate is expected to currently live in or relocate to the Halifax area.
