About the Role

A Junior Account Coordinator at Fresh Form Draft plays a key role in supporting our account management team. This entry-level position involves assisting with daily account operations, managing client communications, and ensuring the smooth processing of transactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support senior account managers with account-related tasks, including preparing reports and documentation.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses to their requests.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Track and manage account activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client requirements.
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices and other financial documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
