Your Role in Our Success
  1. Maintain and develop relationships with Regional, Major, and Key customers, providing ongoing support to ensure successful utilization of products and services.
  2. Facilitate an efficient onboarding process for customers, collecting all necessary project information before transitioning to the Sales Operations team.
  3. Gather customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.
  5. Prioritize customer opportunities effectively.
  6. Prepare and send quotes to customers, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  7. Coordinate follow-up meetings as needed, managing schedules effectively.
  8. Collaborate with Regional Account Managers, Key Account Managers, Strategic Account Managers, Technical Support Teams, and Sales Operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  9. Maintain appropriate levels of engagement with customers at all times.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate updates to all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases.
  11. Actively participate in required internal and external meetings.
  12. Conduct customer Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys to gauge satisfaction.

  1. Demonstrated experience in account management and customer success.
  2. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  3. A natural problem solver with a disciplined, process-oriented approach.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Familiarity with CRM systems.
  6. Proficient in IT and digital tools.
  7. Confident and professional communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong customer relationships and enhance satisfaction.
  8. Solid commercial awareness.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  10. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Experience working within a sales team environment.
  2. Prior knowledge or experience in the industry.
