We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes, ensuring that they are innovative and appealing to our customers.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
  • Collaborate with our FOH team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that our menu and service offerings remain competitive and appealing.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
  • Culinary diploma or degree is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on presentation and quality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
